Experts of the Coalition “enough to Labor Kryvyi Rih” submitted proposals to the draft law “On prevention, reduction and control of industrial pollution”. Particular suggested:

• Make adjustments regarding the conformity to other regulatory documents;
• To predict the register of integrated permits to accommodate public comments and report on public hearings;
• Clearer prescribe the frequency of changes in current permits for existing large enterprises, as well as assessment of risks from the aggregate impact of their activities.
