You can write an appeal to the State Ecological Inspectorate in the relevant region. In our case, in Dnepropetrovsk.

The inspection has the right to appoint a an unscheduled check of the enterprise according to a person. If you commit a violation, send an appeal to the State Environmental Inspectorate in the region at: 49010, Dnipropetrovsk region, M. Dnipro, Laboratory, Bud. 69. The letter can be sent by regular mail or e-mail address: dnipr@dei.gov.ua (Scan-copy of the letter).

You can contact the local authorities, that is, to the Krivoy ROG Executive committee. According to the Law of Ukraine "on local self-government in Ukraine" they have the right to control compliance with environmental legislation, as well as the treatment of enterprises with waste. The decision of the City Council of Executive Committee ecology provided functions of the air quality control body.

This is a rather laborious procedure, but the public inspector can carry out inspections at enterprises with the staff of the State Inspectorate and other officials persons.
